Monday evening classes are alternated every other week between Coach Stephanie and Coach Hilary.

Unconventional Circuit Training - High Calorie & Fat Burn, Strength & Endurance

Coach Stephanie Colorite's Unconventional Circuit Training (UCT) is an unconventional style of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT.) UCT combines a wide range of exercises in a station-to-station circuit format, that involves a wide range of exercises and equipment.

Participants in Coach Stephanie's class move from one exercise station to the next after a prescribed amount of time. Circuits are performed in a "cross-fit" style of training. 

Unconventional circuits are designed to increase exercise volume while maximizing calorie and fat burn in a minimal amount of time. Proper exercise technique is taught for safety and to maximize exercise efficiency.

Group Fat Burn and Body Sculpting Circuit 

Coach Hilary Gallton's Monday Circuit Class is a traditional single station circuit where all participants engage in the same exercises lead by Coach Hilary. 

The high intensity circuits involve the use of resistance bands, stabilizer balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, body bars, steps and bodyweight exercises. 

Participants are kept working with minimal rest for maximize calorie burn, conditioning, strengthening, and muscle sculpting and firming (a.k.a. toning.)

Saturday classes will be run periodically when Coach Kelly or Coach Stephanie are available.

Saturday Classes are run in a single station circuit training format utilizing a combination of exercises and tools that target cardiovascular fitness, strength, body sculpting & fat loss. 

Classes are geared to participants of all fitness levels.

MASTERS CIRCUIT TRAINING


Ray instructs a morning circuit class on Tuesday & Friday mornings at 9:30 am.

Each class is specifically designed for Mature Adults, regardless of fitness level. Masters Circuits use modified unconventional and conventional style resistance exercises combined with metabolic resistance exercises and cardio training.

If needed, participants are allowed to use a "rest-based" training protocol (rest when you need to - go again when you can) along with exercise regressions that allow new participants and drop-ins to pace themselves when training along side more advanced and better conditioned trainees. 

As a result, everyone can enjoy their workout and participate safely at their own level.
